Our premier training service! Exclusive 1-on-1 time with your trainer, maximum benefits and maximum fun.

1 on 1 is a great option if you have specific injuries/limitations and need extra guidance through your workout, or you are just starting out on your fitness journey. You are coached ongoing through your own personalized program based on your ability, assessment and goals.  

PARTNER TRAINING

A great collaborative option for friends and family members to train and improve your health in the same hour time slot. In other words, perfect for those looking to motivate and support each other in their health goals while splitting the cost of training. Each person is coached ongoing through their own personalized program based on their ability, assessment and goals.

SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING

One of our most popular and budget friendly fitness services. We work with you and up to two/three other people in the hour training slot. You get the benefits and coaching of a 1 on 1 training program in a small group environment! Additionally this is a great option for those more comfortable or already familiar within the gym setting. Each person is coached ongoing through their own personalized program based on their ability, assessment and goals.

PICKLEBALL STRENGTH
AND FLEXIBILITY

This small group class take you through the fundamentals of strength based movement and flexibility for the sport of pickleball. By utilizing different equipment and training methods we are able to improve areas such as:

  • Shoulder/Arm strength and flexibility for backhand/forehand swings and serving mechanics

  • Leg Strength and flexibility for optimal court coverage and explosive speed

  • Muscular control for acceleration and declaration throughout the game. 

  • Optimal heart health conditioning, sustaining power endurance preventing common in-game injuries.

VOLLEYBALL STRENGTH
AND FLEXIBILITY

This small group class takes you through the fundamentals of strength based movement and flexibility specifically for the sport of Volleyball. By utilizing different equipment and training methods we are able to improve areas such as:

  • Shoulder/Upper body strength and flexibility for serving bumps/passes, setting, spiking etc

  • Length Strength and flexibility to improve your "vert" or jump, and speed through all planes of movement around the court 

  • Muscular control for acceleration and deceleration throughout the game

  • Optimal heart health conditioning, sustaining power-endurance and preventing common in-game injuries.
